What this site is

This is the single, permanent home for the legal documents covering every app I publish. Each app has one page here carrying both its privacy policy and its terms of service, so the link printed in the App Store, inside the app, and in any support email always resolves to the current version.

Legal documents are only useful when they are easy to find and honest about what the software actually does. Keeping them in one place — rather than scattered across per-app sites that quietly rot — means there is exactly one address to check, one address to cite, and one address to keep current.

A page is published here before the app it covers reaches the App Store, and it stays published for as long as anyone is still running that app.

How these apps are built

The individual policies govern; this section is context, not a legal document. Every app listed here is built on the same set of commitments:

  • No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for, so there is no name, email address, or identifier to hand over.
  • No servers of mine. Where an app talks to a network at all, it talks to hardware or services you already own and control. I do not operate a backend that holds your data.
  • No analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs. No usage telemetry, no attribution frameworks, no data brokers.
  • Your data stays on your device. Content you create lives in the app's sandboxed storage on your iPhone or iPad, protected by iOS.
  • One-time purchase. No subscriptions, no upsells, no renewal you have to remember to cancel.

Where a specific app must depart from any of the above — because the feature genuinely requires it — that departure is stated plainly on the app's own page rather than buried in a general statement here.
